I promise to not make a habit of sending multiple emails a day (or even week), but I’m hearing the website is possibly having issues handling the traffic, so 1) if your payment isn’t going through, try again and 2) I am so sorry to create a mini Ticketmaster nightmare during this, the most fragile of weeks in the Taylorverse.
If I have any helpful updates, I’ll send them out, but what I’m hearing right now is just: refresh and try again.
